Before delivery, we will send you a confirmation email saying that your order has been dispatched. We use several courier and delivery companies, amd they will also send you an SMS/email telling you when delivery will take place.

If you haven’t received the email from us, it may be that we haven’t yet dispatched your goods; see the section on ‘How long will delivery take‘ on our help hub. You can also contact our team via email, or use the Chatbot below to get an update on your delivery.
