Missed Delivery

If you missed your delivery, you will need to contact the courier company that attempted to deliver it and arrange a new day and time.

For smaller items, couriers or Royal Mail delivery will normally be attempted the next working day. Alternatively, if the courier has left a card, or contacted you via SMS or email you can usually reschedule your delivery directly.

For large and fragile orders, our delivery partner should have been in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time, so if you’re not at home at the arranged time there will normally be a redelivery charge to pay. The delivery partner will typically contact you again to arrange a new delivery date.
