We aim to process a refund as soon as possible after the goods have been delivered back to us. We will make a refund using the same method that we received for payment, i.e if you paid by debit card, the refund will be made to the same debit card.
During busy periods it may take up to 14 days to action the return, although we aim to do so considerably sooner.
