If you receive a damaged order, please contact us on 03301335270 or email us as soon as possible, usually within 2 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to put things right for you. It would be helpful if you could provide us with a couple of photos of the damage and as much detail as possible. Also let us know if the outside of the packaging has also been damaged.
