As we are an online retailer, returns need to be sent to us via a courier. We can arrange to collect the item. Please see our section on arranging collections, or you can arrange for your own courier service. We recommend that you insure the item if you use your own courier, as we cannot provide compensation for items damaged whilst in yours or your courier’s possession.
