I’ve received the wrong product

If you have received the wrong product, the first thing we’d advise is to visually check the product you’ve received to make sure it’s definitely not what you expected. In some cases, product names printed on the packaging may differ from those that appear on our website, and confirmation emails.

If you still believe you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us via email or live chat. Please attach a photo or two of the item and the label on its box so we can work out exactly what’s happened and get things rectified as quickly as possible.
