If you find that something is missing from the order check the following before contacting us
- Is your order coming in more than one shipment? This would have been detailed during the checkout process, and will also be displayed on your order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.
- Is the missing item packaged within the box of another item? It’s common for our warehouse to pack smaller items within the boxes of larger items, to keep them safe and prevent them from going missing. We recommend having a good look inside all your boxes for amy missing parts.
